The upcoming special issue of the Journal of Evolutionary Biology on Eco-evolutionary dynamics in changing environments: integrating theory with data highlights the feedback between population dynamics, community dynamics and evolutionary processes, including the evolution of genetic variance and genetic architecture. Guest editors Louise Fouqueau and Jitka Polechova focus in particular on the significance of dispersal and gene flow for local and global adaptation in changing, complex environments.
